Returns & Exchanges Policy – Lutche Jewelry
At Lutche Jewelry, we want you to truly love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure availability is to:
- Request a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the desired piece once the return is approved
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@lutchejewelry.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom, engraved, or personalized jewelry
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse
Shipping & Return Costs
- Return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request is approved
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

Lutche Jewelry currently ships within the United States only.
We do not accept or process international orders at this time.
