Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Warranty
At Lutche, we are committed to quality, transparency, and trust.
We offer a 1-Year Limited Color Warranty on confirmed stainless steel pieces.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and abnormal color fading under normal everyday use.
What is Covered:
• Verified stainless steel pieces
• Manufacturing defects
• Abnormal discoloration within 1 year of purchase
What is Not Covered:
• Normal wear over extended time
• Scratches from friction
• Chemical exposure (perfume, chlorine, cleaning agents)
• Improper storage
• Damage caused by misuse
Our waterproof collection is crafted using stainless steel and designed to resist water and everyday exposure. However, proper care will help preserve the original shine and finish.
